The StoneX Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Risk Management Consultant broker for entry-level financial services roles onsite. You will learn to educate clients on energy trading and risk management while building a client base and providing consultancy income alongside energy futures trade income.

You will analyze client operations for market exposure and hedging opportunities, and participate in conferences to grow the client base and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, Ag Economics and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Series 3 certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Candidates graduating after August 2026 will NOT be considered.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and contact potential clients to educate them on energy trading and risk management
• Build a book of business consisting of consultancy program income as well as energy futures trade income
• Analyze individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity, and financial risks
• Attend trade conferences, seminars, and symposiums to represent products, increase contact with the existing client base, and identify new opportunities
• Execute futures, options, and swaps that support energy risk management strategies
• Educate and inform customers of hedging opportunities
