Qualifikationen

• Ability to navigate high‑pressure, complex projects and negotiations.

• Provide counsel to NYSERDA programs regarding RFPs, solicitations, contracts and program implementation.
• Draft, edit and monitor State and federal regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with the Attorney General's Office and outside counsel on litigation.
• Manage State and federal investigations, audits and external inquiries.
