You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding support while building strong pipelines for Moss's project sites and regional offices. A detail-oriented mindset and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume HR support.
• Experience in Construction, Renewable Energy, or Professional Services is a plus.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, JuiceboxAI) and MS Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Recruiter to understand profiles across operations, accounting, and corporate offices.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes to match technical and cultural requirements for entry to mid-level roles.
• Coordinate heavy interview scheduling for multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support onboarding.
• Represent Moss at career fairs and industry events.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
