Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a talented Energy Rating Specialist to join our Building Performance Consulting team based in Massachusetts. You will work with design and construction teams from initial planning through final construction, performing energy modeling and field inspections to support our portfolio of New Construction services including HERS ratings and Energy Code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science or related field; field experience may substitute for degree for right candidate.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience with energy modeling and construction documentation is a plus.

You will work with design and construction teams from initial project planning through final construction, performing energy modeling and field inspections through various stages of the construction process to support the delivery of CLEAResult’s portfolio of New Construction consulting services including:

• HERS Ratings
• Energy Code Compliance
• Energy Star Homes
• DOE Efficient New Homes
• Passive House

Target Compensation…

$66,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

$63,500.00 - $87,900.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
