Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Augusta, ME is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead medium-complexity projects in the Energy Sector, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from proposal to completion.

You will support Project Managers, develop project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate clearly with clients and team members while upholding TRC safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager; 4 years preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills with internal/external clients.
• Experience with software tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for medium-complexity projects; act as primary communication point.
• Assist PMs on complex projects as needed and provide primary PM support.
• Develop project execution plans, estimates, and deliverables; ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, and cash flows.
