Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager V to lead energy projects with a focus on delivering technical excellence and client value.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As an essential member of the energy project management career path, you will mentor junior staff, develop safety plans, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Master's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) preferred
• Participation in continuing education and professional development programs.
• Negotiation skills to manage contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project(s), including technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan for the project, outlining objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Develop project-specific scope of work and contract documents in compliance with client requirements and industry standard of care.
• Effectively manage the project scope, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, identify delays or conflicts to minimize impact on timelines.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to stay within budget.
