Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with Energy Efficiency / Energy Performance Contracts experience to join the USA’s fastest growing Energy Service Companies. You will hold full responsibility for delivering projects at education facilities in Southern California.

This international business operates in fields such as gas supply, heating, renewable energy, and energy efficiency projects for clients in federal, local government, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

The role involves managing the design-build project lifecycle for Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency projects across Southern California, including LAUSD and other educational facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing sustainability, energy efficiency, energy performance, or renewable energy projects for LAUSD, either from a contractor or owner perspective, and will have an engineering background or demonstrable experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing Energy Performance / Energy Efficiency projects for LAUSD
2. Ensuring projects are completed on time and reporting progress to stakeholders
3. Supporting contract enforcement and compliance with designs and specifications
4. Monitoring, inspecting, and reviewing works to ensure quality and safety standards
5. Collaborating with development and operations teams on pre-construction activities

The candidate should have:

1. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or experience engaging with multidisciplinary engineering teams
2. Experience delivering Energy/Sustainability projects for LAUSD
3. OSHA 30 certification (required or to be obtained within 6 months)
4. NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification (highly advantageous)
5. Active Driver's License
