Job summary

Unknown is a turn-key ESCO energy provider delivering multi-technology energy projects across the Los Angeles area. As Project Manager you will lead projects from early development through construction, coordinating with sales, engineering, and subcontractors to shape cost-efficient solutions before ground is broken.

You'll run delivery milestones—schedule, budget, permitting, commissioning—and later manage a broader portfolio of customers and energy conservation solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience managing energy or construction projects.
• Working knowledge of renewable technology alongside HVAC, lighting, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• A valid CA driver's license, since this role has you on active sites as well as in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from development through construction and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, subcontractors, and consultants to shape cost-effective solutions.
• Manage schedule, budget, permits, commissioning, and field activities across projects.
• Travel to Los Angeles area sites to oversee multi-site installations.
