Job summary

Ampcus, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support AGILe lab projects with NYSERDA and NYS stakeholders.

The role focuses on maintaining schedules, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring project deliverables align with budget and regulatory guidelines. Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of PM experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management related fields required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in energy/tech sectors.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Works with limited supervision to ensure project schedules and deliverables are maintained.
• Reviews designs and bid evaluations and provides recommendations.
• Coordinates and reconciles review comments to meet project deadlines.
• Engages internal and external parties to keep projects on schedule, records meetings, and organizes documents.
• Performs cost studies and cost-benefit analyses to stay within budget and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains and monitors project schedules and supports project administration and oversight.
