Job summary

A leading energy services company is seeking an experienced Energy Project Development Engineer to lead energy modeling and analysis for PA, DA, and IGA projects. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills in HVAC systems, and proficiency with DOE2 and EQUEST. Qualifications

4+ years experience as an energy engineer with a recognized ESCO.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and plug load operations.
Comprehensive understanding of IPMVP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead energy calculations and usage modeling for PA, DA, and IGA projects.
Support sales in identifying ECMs.
Deliver accurate and timely reports and analyses.
Develop energy savings analysis to protect customer interests and reduce liability.
Contribute to annual sales objectives of the Energy Division.
Supervise and participate in site work as required.
Manage utility rebate submissions and requirements.
Oversee the 3rd Party review process for guaranteed savings projections and calculations.
Develop technical expertise in installed systems and building performance.
Ensure compliance with local and national codes.
Provide leadership and collaborative input to meet divisional goals.
Work effectively with Energy Services sales representatives.
