The role requires collaboration with operations to ensure objectives are met within prescribed parameters and to develop and train staff on standard procedures. The successful candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, 7+ years of related experience, and proficiency with Excel and cost-control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (7+ years related experience)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations
• Project cost analysis experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with project management and cost control systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Occasional travel to project sites
