• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 7+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
• Project cost analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to interpret data to drive process improvements.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under deadlines.
• Occasional travel to project sites.
