• Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions with data-driven insights.

• Understand business and customer requirements; deliver competitive advantage through design.
• Lead the delivery of mobile/web projects; enhance customer experience.
• Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with Marketing, Product, CLM and Customer Care.
• Engage with third party vendors and support RFP tenders for services.
• Drive data-driven decisions; promote agile transformation and continuous improvement.
