The JPI Group seeks a Technical Business Analyst to transform program data into actionable client deliverables and manage dashboards and reports for energy efficiency programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytic discipline or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong Power BI data modeling and dashboard development.
• Experience with SQL data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of budgets, allocations, and program spend.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proactive communication and process-improvement mindset.
• Experience supporting energy efficiency, utility, rebates, or data-intensive programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic reporting with charts, visuals, and executive-ready program updates.
• Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards used for program management, KPI tracking, QA/QC, and executive reporting.
• Use Excel and SQL to pull, transform, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems and sources.
• Create SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and dashboard development.
• Identify data errors and investigate underlying causes; resolve discrepancies or escalate with clear recommendations.
• Support the development of QA/QC reporting and controls, particularly where no existing QA/QC system or dashboard is in place.
• Maintain allocation and budget-related reporting; monitor program dollars and identify potential overages or underspend.
• Work with program, engineering, IT, and third-party stakeholders to implement new measures, update qualified product lists, and validate calculations and system changes.
• Work collaboratively across the three supported programs while maintaining clear ownership of assigned analysis, reporting, and technical deliverables.
