You will gather requirements, analyze datasets, build Power BI reports, and apply SQL and Excel to validate and transform data, partnering with leadership and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Hiring: Business Analyst / Power BI Developer

Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights? We're looking for a Business Analyst / Power BI Developer to support a large-scale program by transforming project and financial data into executive-ready dashboards and actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders and leadership teams
• Analyze complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Use SQL and Excel to extract, validate, reconcile, and transform data

Required Skills

• Strong SQL and Excel skills
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with utility industry data
• Familiarity with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Saratoga CRM

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
