Energy Distribution Partners is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into clear insights and empower teams to make smarter decisions. You will own BI projects from discovery to delivery, partnering with stakeholders and influencing real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing Power BI dashboards, integrating with Databricks, and developing scalable data models. The role requires 2+ years in Power BI, strong DAX/Power Query, and governance experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience using Databricks as a reporting data source, including writing SQL against Databricks tables.
• Experience administering Power BI Service, including workspaces, refresh schedules, security, and deployments.
• Experience leading reporting or analytics projects from stakeholder request through final delivery.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and department stakeholders to understand challenges, uncover reporting needs, and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Manage BI projects from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.
• Connect Power BI to our Databricks environment and develop scalable, well-structured data models that support reporting needs.
• Create and maintain star schema data models, advanced DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations.
• Administer Power BI Service, including workspace management, report deployment, refresh schedules, row-level security, and governance.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with teammates to establish and improve BI standards, documentation, and best practices.
