As a Shift Supervisor at our Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF), you will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations during your shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee boilers, turbines, and steam plant equipment, supervise plant personnel, and manage activities of Control Room Operators, Auxiliary Operators, and Crane Operators to maintain quality. Your duties include routine inspections, safety and environmental compliance, and ensuring smooth shift operations.
