Job summary

Rhythm Energy Inc. is seeking a Manager, Structuring to lead pricing and structuring for customized Commercial & Industrial electricity products across ERCOT and Eastern U.S. markets. You will partner across Sales, Risk, Finance, Data teams, and Operations to scale pricing capabilities.

The role emphasizes analytics, commercial strategy, and market-driven decision making, with a focus on scalable pricing in a fast-moving energy landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electricity or natural gas markets with pricing/structuring experience.
• 3+ years pricing Commercial & Industrial electricity contracts.
• Deep knowledge of ERCOT wholesale markets.
• Experience with retail electricity providers or load-serving entities.
• Strong understanding of tariff structures, market risk, and pricing fundamentals.
• Experience building pricing models for customized energy products.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and structuring of customized C&I electricity products across ERCOT and Eastern markets.
• Build pricing strategies balancing customer competitiveness, wholesale risk, and gross margin.
• Develop and maintain pricing models for opportunities and broker matrix pricing.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support complex opportunities.
• Maintain tariff-based cost curves and reflect current market conditions in models.
• Monitor risk components and translate market changes into pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Supply & Trading, Finance, Ops, and Tech to ensure transparency.
• Support development of commercial reporting including gross margin analysis.
