Job summary

The Bartech Group, Inc. is seeking a Planner to support work management across Union, Kentucky-area sites. The role focuses on developing weekly schedules, creating job plans, and ensuring timely PM/CM activities while coordinating resources and controlling costs.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of power plant operations, work management systems (Maximo), and strong communication skills to support site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of power plant operation and Work Management process.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly schedules for site activities and PM/CM work.
• Coordinate and communicate during preparation and execution phases of work.
• Lead and coordinate work with internal staff or contractors to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and capture lessons learned.
• Support budgeting and accrual processes in alignment with Finance.
