Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a background in energy management and experience leading initiatives that contribute to sustainability goals. Responsibilities include evaluating Energy Conservation Measures, managing utility incentive applications, and tracking emissions data. This position necessitates a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy management or sustainable operations in commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated experience leading energy reduction programs with measurable results.
• Proven track record managing utility incentive programs from application through approval.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) across the portfolio.
• Support implementation of Building Management System (BMS) AI platforms for energy optimization.
• Manage tracking and reporting of refrigerant emissions and environmental data.
