Job summary

Jordan & Skala Engineers is seeking a Sustainability Consultant- Energy Modeler to own energy modeling workflows, collaborate with project stakeholders, and support certification milestones.

You will work across disciplines to ensure alignment with energy modeling requirements, codes, and rating systems while supporting project teams through documentation, review, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Certification in Building Energy Modeling is preferred.
• Experience with energy modeling codes and rating systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Energy Modeling & Analysis: Build and review energy models for new and existing projects.
• Energy Modeling & Analysis: Develop documentation and gather supporting information for models.
• Energy Modeling & Analysis: Perform Life Cycle Cost Analysis as needed.
• Energy Modeling & Analysis: Support documentation for envelope, HVAC, lighting, and related systems.
