eZone staffing LLC is seeking an Energy Modeler to help create energy models that assess and optimize building systems for our architecture and planning projects in New York.

You will develop energy models with eQuest, collaborate with architects and engineers, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with NYC codes and energy standards. This role offers a collaborative, innovative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Familiar with NYC code is a MUST.
• 1-3 years of experience in energy modeling, preferably with eQuest.
• Strong understanding of building systems and energy efficiency principles.
• Proficient in energy modeling software, especially eQuest.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
