Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an Energy Marshal Manager to oversee energization, de-energization and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities on large industrial and mission-critical/data center projects. You will coordinate with project leaders, supervision, commissioning teams, GC and vendors to ensure safe start-ups, switching sequences and energy-control compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with MV/LV systems, NFPA 70E and OSHA electrical safety standards, plus strong field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Hands-on energization and energy-control experience
• Experience in mission-critical/data-center construction

Responsibilities

• Lead energization and LOTO program within the electrical scope
• Coordinate energization planning with project leadership, field supervision and vendors
• Maintain control over energization activities and switching sequences
• Ensure energized work boundaries and qualified-worker requirements
• Lead energization readiness and LOTO coordination meetings
• Verify scope, sequencing, hazards and documentation before energization
• Maintain audit-ready energy-control documentation
