Ever-Green Energy in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Marketing & Design Specialist to create and execute strategic visual and written communications supporting marketing, sales, and outreach efforts. You will lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of design/marketing experience, and strong Adobe CC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in a professional design or marketing setting
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• A strong eye for graphic design, composition, typography, imagery, and visual storytelling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude and interest in technical writing
• Ability to understand a project, client, or pursuit strategy; shape ideas into a clear, compelling story; develop supporting graphics
• Experience creating and operating Microsoft Office templates and design standards in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Interest in and curiosity about energy and engineering
• Orientation toward process improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems for marketing, sales, outreach, education, and business development materials
• Design print and digital advertising, email and social graphics and templates, web assets, sales materials
• Maintain Ever-Green’s visual identity and graphic standards across print and digital materials
• Design proposals and assets like timelines, charts, and data visualizations for new business
• Assist in writing and editing marketing materials including proposals, newsletters, social media, emails
• Coordinate vendor selection for videography and photography shoots
• Translate brand strategy and product benefits into clear visual and written communications
• Write headlines, promotional copy, and calls to action with the marketing team
