You design print and digital assets, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex energy projects into persuasive visuals and stories.

The role requires a degree in design/marketing and at least three years of experience, with strong Adobe CC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in a professional design or marketing setting.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong visual design sense and ability to tell stories through graphics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to translate ideas into clear visuals and supporting graphics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office templates and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems for marketing, sales, outreach, education, and business development.
• Design print and digital advertising, email and social graphics, templates, and web assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity and graphic standards across materials.
• Create proposals and assets like timelines, charts, and data visualizations for RFPs.
• Assist in writing and editing marketing materials including proposals and newsletters.
• Coordinate vendor activities for videography and photography shoots.
• Translate brand strategy into clear visual and written communications.
• Write and refine headlines and promotional copy in collaboration with the team.
