Ever-Green Energy in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist to craft visual and written communications supporting marketing, sales, and outreach efforts. The role focuses on developing creative concepts, maintaining brand standards, and delivering compelling, data-driven visuals for campaigns and proposals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a professional design/marketing setting, with strong Adobe CC skills and a passion for energy/engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in a professional design or marketing setting, preferably B2B in energy/engineering/technical field.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong eye for graphic design, composition, typography, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with aptitude for technical writing.
• Ability to understand a project, client, or pursuit strategy; translate into a clear story; develop graphics and diagrams.
• Experience creating and operating Microsoft Office templates in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Interest in energy and engineering; orientation toward process improvement.
• Experience in a matrixed environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems for marketing, sales, outreach, education, and business development materials and channels.
• Design print and digital advertising, email and social graphics, templates, web assets, sales materials, and campaign deliverables.
• Maintain and evolve Ever-Green Energy brands’ visual identity and standards across print and digital materials.
• Design proposals and assets like timelines, charts, and data visualizations in response to RFPs.
• Assist in writing and editing marketing materials including proposals, reports, newsletters, social media, and presentations.
• Coordinate vendor selection and shoots for videography and photography in outdoor/industrial environments.
• Translate internal requests into clear, persuasive visual and written communications; refine headlines and calls to action.
• Present design directions and refine concepts based on feedback.
