Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and PR bar admission required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive legal experience with litigation/regulatory focus.
• Experience developing and delivering training on legal risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company before regulatory agencies and administrative forums in Puerto Rico's energy sector.
• Develop and deliver specialized training programs on legal risk for business partners.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Communicate with external counsel, government entities, and auditors to support risk management.
