Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and site selection for major energy facilities and transmission lines.
• Negotiate land rights terms with landowners and manage easements, leases and related documents.
• Prepare permit applications and negotiate with federal, state and local agencies for approvals to construct energy facilities.
• Represent the company in regulatory hearings, provide testimony and maintain relationships with authorities.
• Support budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams on siting projects.
