Job summary

ICF is seeking a Configuration Analyst Intern to support the software development cycle and manage system data with BI insights in our Utility Programs and Services group. Summer internship runs 10 weeks, full-time, starting early June, ending early August, with possible hybrid work from Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least 30 credit hours in Computer Science, IT, or related subjects.
• Strong customer service focus and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the software development cycle from requirements to delivery of energy-tracking tools.
• Communicate status and lead status meetings with team members.
• Define system requirements with IT stakeholders and assist in design decisions.
• Learn client processes to identify technology-based improvements.
• Assist senior technologists to deliver client solutions and provide initial user support.
