Job summary

ICF is seeking a Research & Analysis Intern to join the Strategic Enablement & Emerging Solutions team. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis and visualization, and industry strategy while supporting multiple workstreams.

This full-time, 10-week internship begins in early June 2027 and offers hybrid work from Reston, VA or New York, NY. Pay is $23/hour for undergraduate interns and $28/hour for graduate interns.

Qualifications

• At least 30 completed college-level credit hours pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• US citizen or lawful work authorization in the United States.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain leads and teams across multiple disciplines to support ongoing tasks and ad-hoc needs.
• Support research and analysis on utility programs, energy technologies, and related areas.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and visualizations to support strategy and client delivery.
• Assist with business development activities, proposals, and strategic planning.
• Synthesize complex information into concise summaries and recommendations.
