Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Energy Marshal to manage the electrical energy isolation program for a large-scale datacenter site in Monroe, LA.

You will ensure safe energization and de-energization of MEP systems, lead safety reviews, and coordinate with the commissioning team to uphold strict safety standards. With a focus on NFPA 70E, LOTO procedures, and detailed energy control plans, you will drive risk assessments and supervise field operations to maintain continuous, safe uptime at

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 10+ years of applicable experience in mission critical facilities and electrical infrastructures.
• Knowledge of MV (>1000V) and LV (<1000V) power distribution SOPs.
• Ability to isolate energy sources and perform absence of energy verifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical energy isolation program at the site for MEP energy.
• Coordinate energizations/de-energizations with energy marshals and stakeholders.
• Lead pre-energization and energization kickoff meetings for FoK energization.
• Review Commissioning plans and safety procedures related to energization of equipment.
• Develop risk assessments for energized work and ensure safe work practices.
