Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in pipeline, compressor, storage, gas gathering, gas processing, or technical area.
• General knowledge of crude pipeline operations.
• Working knowledge of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations to customers.
• Knowledge and experience in safe handling practices of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems.
• Valid state operating license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership with team-building and training abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making under challenging conditions.
• Solid budgeting and engineering calculation skills.
• Collaborative, interpersonal mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation and maintenance of area facilities with multiple personnel.
• Help set objectives for operating and capital budgets to ensure availability of materials and personnel.
• Regularly analyze and review to improve operating efficiency.
• Monitor and refine programs and equipment for a safe environment.
• Ensure security measures protect assets while safeguarding public safety.
• Coordinate design and construction of new facilities with team leaders.
• Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
