Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record in finance, economics, engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in investment or project finance roles.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate private equity opportunities in the energy sector.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation scenarios.
• Conduct due diligence across commercial, financial and operational fronts.
• Prepare investment memoranda for investment committee review.
• Support transaction execution including acquisitions, financings and exits.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with management teams, lenders and lawyers.
• Identify new energy investment themes through industry research and networking.
