You will surface compelling stories about SOLV Energy's people, projects, and impact to strengthen our reputation among external audiences. This role can be fully remote or based full-time in our office in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field is required.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong interviewing, research, and information-gathering capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate external communications materials, including press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Support media outreach efforts, interview preparation, and relationship-building with industry media and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities to increase visibility for SOLV Energy, its projects, and its leaders.
• Proactively identify, develop, and create content that highlights SOLV Energy's people, projects, innovations, partnerships, and industry expertise.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts, project teams, and business leaders to surface stories.
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling content for external audiences.
