Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Solutions for Industry (S4I) team in the United States. You will own the client relationship and lead day-to-day delivery of industrial EPC/EPCM and advanced-manufacturing projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget from setup through closeout.

You will align the project team, mitigate risk, and drive execution strategy with engineers, schedulers, and constructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant project management experience in industrial, EPC/EPCM, or advanced-manufacturing environments.
• Experience in the energy transition, industrial manufacturing, or heavy-industrial construction sectors is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
• Lead project planning and execution by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk to deliver complex projects.
• Align clients, project teams, and subcontractors around project objectives and success criteria while managing changes and issues.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams to achieve goals related to quality, cost, schedule, safety, and sustainable delivery.
• Monitor project financial and operational performance and ensure compliance with Ramboll's governance standards.
• Report project performance to leadership and oversee closeout activities including client satisfaction.
