Societe Generale, based in Houston, seeks an Investment Banking Analyst to support the Energy Client Coverage Team. You will assist Senior Bankers with origination, execution of transactions, and cross-selling SG products to a portfolio of US/Canadian energy clients and international Oil & Gas clients.

Travel for industry meetings is possible. The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, pitch-book creation, research, and client communications across time zones, with a focus on energy

Qualifications

• Strong interest in finance and global capital markets.
• Prior experience accounting, asset management, consulting, or investment banking (1–3 years).

Responsabilités

• Prepare pitch presentations and binding.
• Conduct profitability analyses and financial modeling.
• Support acquisition finance modeling and client onboarding (KYC).
• Coordinate with product specialists and track live deals and client communications.
