Prologis Energy Finance Internship offers a 10-12 week program within the Summer Internship framework. You will engage with energy projects, track economics, compare projections, and visualize data to drive financial and operational insights.

You will collaborate with the Energy Solutions team, gain exposure to underwriting models, and participate in seminars, market tours, and leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on projects.

Responsabilités

• Support process improvements for tracking energy project economics.
• Compare project economics with underwriting models, actual performance, and revised projections; document variances.
• Track KPIs related to real estate impact and operational performance.
• Organize economics and performance data to enable consistent tracking and comparison.
• Create clear visualizations of economics and performance indicators to communicate results.
• Share findings with the Energy Finance team to support ongoing monitoring and improvements.
