Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate offers a 10-week paid summer internship with our Power & Infrastructure team. You will evaluate data center development opportunities across North America and support financial underwriting, market research, and portfolio analytics.

As a current undergraduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience with investment analysis, data analytics, and executive presentations while building expertise in energy markets and industrial real estate.

Qualifications

Current junior undergraduate student actively enrolled at a four-year institution.
GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
Interest in commercial real estate, infrastructure, data centers or investments.

Responsibilities

Support Power & Infrastructure team in evaluating data center development and infrastructure investment opportunities across North America.
Assist with financial underwriting, valuation analysis and investment committee materials for acquisitions and development projects.
Conduct market research on data centers, power markets, utility systems, and real estate trends.
Analyze utility power availability and development timelines across target markets.
Support due diligence including site review, entitlements and environmental data.
