SitelogIQ, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Development Manager to bridge sales, engineering, and customer strategy as energy and infrastructure improvement projects move forward.

You will partner with Business Development to assess facilities, shape solutions, and build a compelling financial case, while collaborating with engineering, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure feasible, financially viable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in energy/facilities industry preferred.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• High proficiency in Energy Efficiency Measure savings calculations.

Responsabilités

• Perform preliminary project site walks to identify opportunities and provide unique solutions.
• Develop preliminary project pricing and cashflow analyses.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to qualify and scope projects.
• Provide technical expertise during sales presentations and meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with utilities to gather data for energy analyses to qualify project feasibility.
