Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking an energetic Event Sales Specialist to represent Reliant Energy at retail events in the Dallas area. Earn weekly pay with base and uncapped commissions, with top performers reaching $2,500/week. Paid training, growth paths, and benefits are included in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Reliant Energy services at events, meeting personal sales goals.
• Educate customers on energy plans, pricing, and benefits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Engage attendees, address inquiries and close sales effectively.
• Accurately process enrollments and maintain sales records.
• Submit post-event performance and feedback reports.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to maximize success and earnings.
