Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Events Sales Specialist to represent Reliant Energy at retail events in the DFW area. You will promote energy plans, engage customers, and drive enrollments while meeting monthly sales quotas.

The role offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions, with daily pay options and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should be energetic, able to travel to event locations, and comfortable with evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Reliant Energy services at events, meeting personal sales goals.
• Educate customers on energy plans, pricing, and benefits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Engage attendees, address inquiries and close sales effectively.
• Accurately process enrollments and maintain sales records.
• Submit post-event performance and feedback reports.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to maximize success and earnings.
