Stanford University’s Precourt Institute for Energy seeks a Program Manager for Energy Equity & Just Transitions to partner with the Managing Director in developing strategies for co-curricular learning and equity-focused programming across Stanford. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage activities that advance program aims in education, research, and organizational development.
• Mentor students, connect them to resources and opportunities, and help them chart a path forward.
• Develop streamlined workflows to manage activities and resources.
• Develop and maintain program communications, including content for the program website.
• Build and nurture relationships across Stanford’s energy ecosystem to connect opportunities to learn about energy equity.
• Manage and track program budget and develop budget proposals and reports.
