Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Environmental Compliance Project Manager for the Pacific Northwest.

You will oversee environmental monitoring, permit compliance, and mitigation activities for utility-scale facilities, coordinating with scientists, regulators, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role offers remote or hybrid work with opportunities to lead teams, develop monitoring strategies, and advance adaptive management across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing environmental compliance, ecological monitoring, mitigation or restoration projects.
• Demonstrated project management experience with scopes, schedules, budgets and teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance for utility-scale energy facilities.
• Knowledge of ESA, BGEPA, NEPA and state regulations.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational environmental compliance projects for utility-scale energy facilities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of environmental scientists, biologists and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support proposal preparation, staffing plans and project forecasting.
• Oversee monitoring programs and annual environmental reporting.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
