The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of specialized legal experience in energy and natural resources transactions, focusing on renewable energy project development and commercial agreements. Duties:

• Handle transactional matters in energy and natural resources, including mergers, acquisitions, project development, and commercial contracts.
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to renewable energy projects, such as PPAs, Operations and Maintenance Agreements, Shared Facilities Agreements, and procurement contracts.
• Support financing transactions in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Provide advisory support in oil and gas matters when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across corporate, environmental, and infrastructure areas.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality client service.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience at a recognized law firm or similar environment.
• Experience managing complex energy transactions independently or with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of renewable energy project structures, joint ventures, and commercial transactions.
• Familiarity with construction agreements for renewable energy installations is a plus.
• Experience with financing structures related to energy projects is advantageous.
• Experience in oil and gas transactions is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
