• 3 weeks PTO + 8 firm-observed holidays + 2 floating holidays

• 15% origination fees on collected billings only, for new business brought in and accepted by the firm

• Firm-paid dinners, if working outside of typical working hours during the week

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 cases and supervise team members
• Appear in court virtually and in person in DuPage, Lake and Cook Counties
• Occasionally travel to the Chicago office and other locations, as requested by clients or as required for case or by firm

Requirements

• JD degree and licensed in Illinois
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Respectful and assertive management of team members
• Empathetic with clients during emotional cases
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with family law software and e-filing

• An executor that is motivated to complete cases
• Adoption and appeals
• An ability to work with high-net-worth individuals
