Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Engineer to support retro-commissioning, building tune-up, and C&I energy efficiency programs. The role may be remote with a preferred Midwest/Eastern U.S. location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant C&I energy efficiency experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems and energy data analysis.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Interest in sustainability and impact.

Responsibilities

• Support RCx, BTU, and energy efficiency projects with data analysis and reporting.
• Review reports, calculate savings, and verify project economics.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.
