Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Licenses/certifications such as EIT/PE/CEM/LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program and implementation plans for electric and natural gas energy efficiency programs.
• Review technical parameters and ensure conformance with engineering standards and incentive rules.
• Perform energy analyses to determine electric and natural gas savings.
• Provide guidance to ensure projects yield measurable and verifiable savings.
• Support inspections of equipment aligned with savings calculations and rules.
• Collaborate with third parties and customers for program implementation.
• Analyze HVAC, motors, controls, and lighting for efficiency improvements.
• Assist in training energy efficiency team and marketing activities.
