mcfa is seeking an analytical Energy Engineer, Data Analytics & CRM to support energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. The role combines engineering expertise with data analysis to ensure data quality, validate savings, and provide program insights.

You will work with program managers, utility clients, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, strong Excel and CRM skills, and the ability to

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, Environmental Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs, building systems, and energy-saving technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets related to energy efficiency programs, projects, and portfolios.
• Review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements.
• Validate energy savings calculations against established methodologies.
• Develop and analyze exception reports to identify missing documentation and outliers.
• Maintain and reconcile project information across CRM and data platforms.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and utility clients.
