Responsibilities

• Energy Procurement and Analytics: collect, organize, and analyze utility data and rates; understand procurement logistics and rebates; research rate changes and incentives; create utility budgets.
• Energy Auditing: collect and review data from field surveys and utility data; understand building systems; identify energy/cost reduction opportunities; develop technical reports.
• Measurement and Verification: develop IPVMP plans; create energy baselines; coordinate with clients and engineers; review metering docs and verify savings; create dashboards and reports.
• Remote Monitoring: collect weather/building data; identify operational issues affecting energy use; propose improvements; prepare stakeholder reports.
• Energy Modeling: develop engineering-based models; identify improvements; perform life cycle cost analyses; document calculations.
• Other: uphold advocacy philosophy; perform duties with minimal supervision; develop technical reports.
