To join our team as an Energy Engineer, C&I Programs. You will support the development and delivery of energy efficiency programs by providing customer interactions, building system audits for energy efficiency, engineering calculations, measurement and verification, and utility program technical design and assistance. You will lead design and development of technical strategies, conduct analysis to inform and recommend energy savings, and develop plans and provides reporting that contributes to the success of client programs. You will be responsible for writing and informing technical documents, publications, and conducting quality review of content of your own work and that of your peers. You will be responsible for managing your workload and continuously informing customers and project team of updates and necessary adjustments.
Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Demonstrate subject matter expertise with HVAC systems, HVAC design, and HVAC controls (including the capability to perform HVAC system and BAS system audits and make recommendations to improve energy performance)
Demonstrate subject matter expert in at least one other significant technical area
Demonstrate the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple account managers and across multiple market delivery sectors
Calculate energy savings for projects in our programs using standard engineering principles including physics, mechanics, fan laws, thermodynamics, algebra, and statistics
Perform and lead complex technical work in our programs, independently and with minimal technical supervision.
Identify, lead, and qualify custom/M&V projects in our programs (beyond deemed savings)
Oversee the development of calculations and measure configurations within a central database
Perform ASHRAE level II audits unassisted at large commercial and industrial facilities
Author IPMVP compliant plans and reports and review those of others
Provide technical advice to staff across multiple large-scale programs
Provide technical guidance and training to our program teams related to subject matter expertise (esp. custom HVAC projects and topics)
Author work papers for new energy efficiency measures, with technical oversight
Oversee technical feedback related to filings, utility commission documents, and program evaluations; provide formal recommendations to program staff
Develop project scopes, with oversight from engineering management
Work with clients and evaluators on project-specific issues

Compensation Range
